I hold degrees from UCLA in Anthropology and Business and an M.A. in Leadership. I am certified in 4 frameworks—Gallup StrengthsFinder, Cultural Intelligence, the Enneagram, and Working Genius and am a member of the International Coaching Federation. I am honored to serve on the coaching faculty of Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics (LEAP). I have worked with organizations of all sizes and sectors, such as Firm Foundation, Nomi Network, Alabaster Co., Solid Professor, UC Berkeley, Pasadena City College, Coca-Cola, Amazon, AltaMed, and the Miami Heat.
