Ryan Corbin
Ryan Corbin, born November 12, 1976, was a vibrant, faith-filled young man—athlete, fraternity president, and devoted believer in Jesus. In June 2001, his life changed forever when he fell through a skylight at his Brentwood apartment, sustaining massive injuries and severe brain trauma. Doctors at UCLA Medical Center did not expect him to survive, yet through countless surgeries, medical crises, and the steadfast prayers of family and friends, Ryan pulled through. His recovery has involved years of therapy and treatment across multiple facilities. Today, Ryan lives with his mother, Lindy, and stepfather, Mike, in Coto de Caza, California. He is alert, joyful, and communicative, though still requiring full-time care. His family continues to see his recovery as a daily miracle of faith and perseverance.
